Practical questions
Working with usfrom Switzerland
Which language do you work in?
Project communication is in English. Arabic is also available.
How do you handle time zones?
We work with clients across several time zones and schedule calls and demos at times that work for your team.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your proposal states the final amount and currency. See pricing for starting prices.
How is our data handled?
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, including transfers outside Switzerland. If your project has data-residency requirements — for example, hosting in Switzerland or the EU — raise them during discovery so the architecture and proposal reflect them. A formal NDA is available before kickoff on request.
Who owns the software?
Once the project is paid in full, you own all custom code, designs, and assets built for it. Our standard Terms of Service apply unless your project agreement says otherwise.
