Terms of Service

1. Services
ArabianCore provides custom software development services including SaaS development, ERP systems, POS software, AI automation, mobile app development, and web development. All services are governed by a separate project agreement (Statement of Work) signed before work begins. These Terms of Service apply to all engagements unless superseded by a specific project agreement.
2. Project Agreements
Every project begins with a signed Statement of Work (SOW) that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment milestones. Work begins only after the SOW is signed and the first milestone payment is received. Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing and may affect timeline and cost.
3. Payment Terms
Projects are billed according to the milestone schedule defined in your project agreement. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may result in project suspension. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and assets developed specifically for their project. ArabianCore retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries used in development. ArabianCore reserves the right to display the project in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of a milestone payment if the delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed specifications documented in the SOW. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@arabiancore.com with specific details of the non-conformance. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 30 days via the original payment method. Work that has been delivered and accepted is not eligible for refund. Certain services (consulting, discovery sessions) are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Confidentiality
ArabianCore treats all client information, business processes, and project details as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to deliver the project (e.g., cloud hosting providers). Clients may request a formal NDA before project kickoff.
7. Warranties & Liability
ArabianCore warrants that delivered software will materially conform to the agreed specifications for 90 days post-launch. We will fix bugs and defects at no charge during this period. ArabianCore's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost revenue or data loss.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed to date. ArabianCore will deliver all completed work and documentation. Deposits for work not yet started are refundable minus a 10% administration fee.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
