Privacy Policy

Effective date: · ArabianCore

In short: we collect what you send us and the technical data needed to run this website. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:

2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how ArabianCore processes personal data when you visit www.arabiancore.com, contact us, or work with us. Depending on where you are, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or other data protection laws may apply to that processing.

3. Personal data we collect

We only collect personal data in these situations:

  • When you visit the website: technical data that every web server receives (section 5).
  • When you use the contact form: the details you enter (section 4).
  • When you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or call us: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
  • When you become a client: contact, billing, and project information needed to deliver and invoice the agreed services.

We do not buy personal data from third parties and do not collect special categories of data (such as health data) through this website.

4. Contact form

The contact form asks for the following information:

Required
Name, email address, country, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Optional
Phone number, company name, whether you already have a website, estimated budget, and preferred contact method.

We use this information to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a project proposal. When you submit the form, your browser sends the details to EmailJS (emailjs.com), an email-delivery service that forwards them to our business mailbox. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website.

We do not add your details to newsletters or marketing mailings unless you ask us to.

5. Automatically collected technical data

When you open a page, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server logs. This includes:

  • your IP address
  • the date and time of the request
  • the page or file requested and the response status
  • the referring page, if your browser sends it
  • your browser type and operating system (user agent)

This data is needed to deliver the website, keep it secure, and diagnose errors. We do not use it to identify you or combine it with other data.

6. Why we process your data

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals.
  • To communicate with clients, deliver contracted services, and issue invoices.
  • To operate the website securely and fix technical problems.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interest in answering general enquiries and running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)); and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising profiles, or make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

7. Analytics and tracking

This website does not use analytics tools, tag managers, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or session-recording tools.

If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy before it goes live and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before any optional tracking runs.

8. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to confirm that a request comes from a real browser, for example while the website is under attack.

If your browser supports it, the website installs a service worker that keeps copies of website files (pages, images, and the logo) in your browser's cache so pages load faster and remain available offline. These copies contain no personal data. You can remove them at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser settings.

9. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which processes the technical data described in section 5 on our behalf. See the Vercel privacy policy (opens in a new tab) for details.

10. Service providers and third parties

We share personal data only with service providers we need to run our business:

Vercel
Website hosting and delivery (section 9).
EmailJS
Delivers contact form submissions to our mailbox (section 4).
Our email provider
Stores the email correspondence we exchange with you.
WhatsApp
Only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes those messages under its own privacy policy, and we see your phone number, profile name, and messages.
Payment providers
Banks, card processors, or PayPal process payment details when clients pay an invoice.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, and our portfolio projects are ordinary links. No data is sent to those services until you click one; after that, the other site's privacy policy applies.

Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or other font or image networks when you visit this website.

11. International data transfers

ArabianCore's team works from outside Switzerland, and some service providers used by ArabianCore may process personal data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Some of these countries may not offer the same level of data protection as Swiss law.

Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

12. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries and correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship.
  • Client and billing records: for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
  • Server logs: for a limited period, under our hosting provider's retention settings.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it.

13. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, so data is encrypted in transit between your browser and our hosting provider. Access to enquiries and client data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you or deliver your project.

No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to:

  • ask whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of it
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data deleted
  • object to or restrict certain processing
  • receive data you provided in a common electronic format (data portability)
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) (opens in a new tab); in the EU or UK, the authority in your country.

15. How to contact us

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email info@arabiancore.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

16. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. We notify active clients of material changes by email.
